Remortgage and Transfer of Equity

A conveyancer is required when remortgaging to amend the details of interest of your lender on the property title.

You will most likely need to pay extra for a remortgage when you also want to change the details of the mortgage e.g. adding a partner. Adding or removing a person from a mortgage requires a Transfer of Equity application.
