We are delighted to announce that Heather Sterling has been promoted as our new Head of Family Law.

‍

Heather has significant experience in all aspects of family law including divorce, financial provision, child contact, pre and post nuptial agreements and co-habitation agreements.

‍

She has recently been involved in a significant trial concerning a property dispute under the TOLATA (Trusts of Land and Appointments Act 1996) and is able to advise on all aspects of TOLATA.
