Pre-nuptial Agreements

A pre-nuptial agreement is an agreement between the couple prior to marriage which sets out how their property and other assets purchased together, or acquired individually, will be divided upon relationship break down.  The agreement can also deal with the couples debts, income and children.  Each party must give full disclosure of assets and liabilities and both take independent legal advice.
