My area of practice is Conveyancing. I deal with Residential, New Build and Shared-Ownership transactions. My main responsibilities are co-managing the New Build and Shared-Ownership team.

Recent work:

Acting on behalf of clients selling or buying Residential, New Build or Shared-Ownership properties.

Updating and liaising with housing associations, developers and other intermediaries to ensure smooth completion of transactions.

Providing technical assistance to the team in relation to title enquiries, reviewing of leases and title documents.

Assisting the team in preparing title reports to clients.

Developing case management workflow to enhance and improve client and fee-earner engagement.

LL.B, LL.M and LPC

Outside Interests:

Watching and playing football and basketball. I stay fit by chasing around my 3-year-old.
