Areas of Work:
I am an administration assistant within our New Build and Shared Ownership team. I carry out a range of administrative tasks in support of the team and assist clients with telephone enquiries. I am capable of working on my own initiative or as part of a team and am always prepared to support my colleagues where necessary.
I have 18 years customer service experience working with customers in person and on the telephone originally based in the Motor Trade. I am a hard working and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and am a busy mum. We like going camping and enjoy being outdoors together. When forced indoors by the British weather, I like nothing better than preparing fantastic meals for my family.
