Areas of Practice:

My main areas of practice involve a broad range of claimant and defendant work including, but not limited to personal injury claims; including road traffic accidents, employers liability claims, public liability claims, clinical negligence, debt collection on behalf of both individuals and businesses.

I also have experience in general civil litigation such as property disputes, contract disputes, professional negligence and general claims for negligence against insurers and other parties.

I also have previous experience in conveyancing.

I pride myself in providing straight forward, understandable legal advice and acting swiftly to ensure the best outcome for my clients.

Recent Work:

Acting for a broad range of clients who have suffered personal injuries for a variety of different reasons with substantially different values whilst adhering to the correct process for each claim and valuation.

Acting for both individuals and businesses in an attempt to recover outstanding funds from clients or other persons.

Acting for both individuals and businesses in disputing requested funds as a result of incompetent building works and monies that individuals believe is not legitimately owed.

Action for individuals and businesses in relation to faulty works, building disputes and recovery of payment or refunds.

Acting for both individuals and businesses in relation to claims against insurance companies for a broad range of reasons such as disputing insurance cover, claiming on insurances and reviewing policies and documentation in order to provide advice in relation to the same.

Acting for both individuals and businesses in relation to a broad range of general disputes.

Dealing with a range of claims from low to high value and adhering to the correct process for each.

Outside Interests:

Outside of work, I enjoy long walks, cooking and spending time with my family and friends.

Qualifications:

I am qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive via the Graduate Fast Track Diploma and have a 2:1 LLB (hons) Law Degree from Portsmouth University.
