Andrea Waistell

Areas of Practice:

I provide specialist legal support to members of the residential conveyancing team by assisting with complex title matters. I enjoy being involved with title checking and resolving title defects, as well as giving procedural guidance and advice on points of law.

Qualifications:

After studying Law with Criminology in Southampton and then going on to complete my Legal Practice Course in Cambridge, I gained over 11 years of experience in residential conveyancing and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2015.

Outside Interests:

Outside of work I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and young daughter.
