Working with a local property investor who was recommended personally by an independent financial adviser to increase his property portfolio. Dealing with the refinancing of in excess of 50 of those properties in order to raise capital for further investment. Meticulous file management was required in order to efficiently progress the transaction and meet the timescales preferred by the client and the lender.
