Preparation of auction pack for sale at auction

When placing a property for sale at auction is it necessary for the seller to lodge what is known as a legal pack with the auctioneer. 

We have experience in preparing the necessary pack which should include all documents of title, appropriate search results and replies to preliminary enquiries, together with any specific documentation relating to the individual property.

Perusal of auction packs before purchase/bid

When buying a property at auction it is imperative that a buyer should consider the auction pack referred to above. 

We have a specific service for providing a limited retainer for advising on the content of an auction pack prior to auction. This includes a specific written report on the matters arising.

Completion of purchases pursuant to auction contracts

Whether acting for buyer or seller, we are able to provide the necessary service to effect the formal disposal of the property following a successful bid at auction. 

In the case of a buyer, this would extend to dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax formalities after completion and registration of the new title.
