Buying and Selling Businesses

Working with a large local business who were acquiring another local, but smaller, business by way of acquisition of shares. Undertaking full due diligence on behalf of the client and advising in detail, often at short notice meetings. Again, file management was very important due to the complex nature of the business carried on, involving multiple clients and members of staff. The business was concluded in accordance with the client’s timescales which were driven by economic events within the target company. The matter was concluded much to the client’s satisfaction.
