Introduction
Whilst we have taken every precaution in compiling our service, Lawcomm shall in no event, be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or otherwise, of information contained in or accessed through the guide. It is recommended that users should seek specific advice from a suitably qualified person before dealing with any situation, which maybe, covered by information contained in parts of the guides or upon embarking upon any course of action.
Pack Information
When you register with our site you will receive divorce documentation which we have prepared and which is compatible with all documentation used and approved by the County Courts in England and Wales.
Occasionally, the documentation will need to be updated, in these instances we guarantee that we will provide you with the up-to-date documentation or replace any old documentation accordingly.
With regards to documentation containing instructions and advice on how to complete the divorce papers, these again, may need to be updated from time to time, depending on the changes of the law or changes in relation to the divorce documentation. Again, we will guarantee to provide you with the most up-to-date documentation on each and every occasion. We would add by way of caution, however, that all advice documentation is simply for the purposes of completing the divorce papers and should not be used for any other purpose other than for our users to complete the necessary documents that they need to progress their petition.
Further, we cannot take any responsibility for the completion of the divorce documentation, which will be something that the user themselves will have to carry out. Caution should obviously be given to the accuracy of spelling and grammatical errors.
Support
Lawcomm provide support by way of E-mail. We will help you through the process of obtaining the documents and thereafter, in the completion of the documentation. We will also provide support with general queries regarding the completion of the relevant documentation, but at this stage, we are not providing legal advice.
