Social Housing Team Launched by Lawcomm Solicitors |

Lawcomm Solicitors have launched a dedicated team to deal with shared ownership, shared equity, right to buy and key worker schemes.
The team will work on behalf of applicants purchasing from social housing bodies such as housing associations and have already been involved in acting on numerous new developments across the country.
Jonathan Woodrcraft, Business Development Manager, commented that “the new team will compliment our existing expertise in right to buy matters. There is considerable demand from introducers wishing to introduce shared ownership/key worker applicants to specialist conveyancing solicitors who are familiar with the complex documentation and particular legislation governing such transactions.”
