Lawcomm Solicitors are leading the Home Information Pack (HIP) revolution as one of the first solicitors to provide all of the necessary elements of the HIP.
In association with Richards Grey Searches and Habitus Surveyors, Lawcomm have announced a number of potential funding options for Home Information Packs. These include:
- No sale no fee
- HIP now, pay six months later
- Full payment in advance with 10% discount
- Partial payment in advance, balance from completion funds
- Increased estate agency fees
