Costs & Payments
We shall provide you with access to all the information, support and documentation required to enable you to complete your divorce petition and commence the divorce process in person. All that you will pay is:
Our costs £150 (payable online)
Court Fee for divorce petition £300
Court Fee for decree absolute £40
VAT £26.25
Total £516.25*
*This price is only available for online instructions. This price is for undefended divorce proceedings only and does not include defended divorce disputes or ancillary relief proceedings. This price is for support and advice on your divorce only. We will not engage in any correspondence or preparation relating to your case. Alternatively, we can offer a fixed fee of £300 plus VAT to support and advise you in relation to your divorce proceedings, which are defended and/or which involve financial (ancillary relief) settlement or resolution. Please contact us for further information.
