Client Care
We aim to provide a quality legal service to all of our clients.
Everyone at Lawcomm Solicitors, from the partners to support staff, make every effort to deliver upon our commitment to client service in addition to our commitment to providing legal expertise in a timely and cost effective manner.
In many cases, events may be outside of our control such as if another party in a chain delays the sale or purchase of a property or the circumstances of instructing us may be stressful such as in the event of a job redundancy or dismissal. We recognise such situations and we shall always attempt to deal with your matter in a sympathetic, professional and straightforward manner. We want you to know where you stand each step of the way.
Although we strive to provide the best service possible for all clients, some may be disappointed or dissatisfied with the service that we provide.
Initially we hope that clients will raise any difficulties with the member of staff concerned. In most cases it should be possible to resolve problems or misunderstandings at this level.
