Our Charges
We believe our charges are extremely competitive.
We are committed to providing clients with as much information on charges in advance of undertaking work and, wherever possible; we will be flexible with regard to funding legal costs.
To avoid any surprises, from the outset, we will always provide a best estimate of how much your charges might be.
Our charges are mainly calculated by the time spent on a matter. Details of hourly rates can be obtained from our standard terms and conditions from time to time.
Funding Options
Fixed Fees - fixed fee estimates are available on line for conveyancing, debt collection and wills/probate. We are happy to provide fixed fee estimates for other types of work wherever possible.
Capped Fees - for many clients we will agree to a capped service where we will not exceed a particular sum without prior authority.
Pay-as-you-go - for many clients we will agree to payments being spread over an agreed period of time.
No Win No fee - this service is available for injury compensation services and certain other types of disputes including employment tribunal representation.
Legal Aid - we shall assess whether public funding is available for your matter.
Legal Expenses Insurance / Trade Union Funding - you should always check to see whether you qualify for any legal assistance, for instance, pursuant to a home insurance policy or trade union membership.
We are happy to discuss funding options with you in advance of undertaking any work on your behalf. Certain funding options may require a payment on account of costs, case risk assessment and/or a status check.
