Neil qualified as a solicitor in 1982. By 1985 he was running a branch office for a local firm of solicitors in Southampton and in 1986 set up Woolgars, a firm which ultimately specialised in property and personal injury work. Woolgars merged with Lawcomm in July 2002. Neil has specialised in commercial property and general S.M.E. support work for the past 12 years and has particular expertise in dealing with all aspects of commercial property work and the acquisition and disposal of businesses.
The department comprises Neil, supported by Tom Bessant and Sabrina Jhugroo (trainee solicitors) and Lauren Blake (PA), all of whom Neil personally trained, constituting a professional team able to satisfy all your commercial needs.
